Instant Estimate HQ

Quick start

Go from signup to a live estimator URL in about 20 minutes.

This walks you through the fastest path from creating an account to having a working estimator at your own URL. About 20 minutes if you have your logo and equipment list handy.

Before you start

Have these ready:

  • A logo file (PNG or SVG, transparent background works best).
  • The equipment lines you sell (brand, tier names, and your install prices).
  • An idea of the URL you want — usually your business name (e.g. yourbusiness.instantestimatehq.com).

1. Create your account

Sign up at instantestimatehq.com. Verify your email and log in.

2. Choose a plan

You'll land on the plan picker. Select Monthly or Annual and complete checkout. (If you're being billed by a partner program, your partner will handle this for you — skip ahead.)

3. Create your organization

After payment, you'll create your organization. This is your business — its name, slug, and settings. One organization per business.

4. Claim your estimator URL

In Settings → Form, set your subdomain. This is the address homeowners visit to use your estimator — for example, yourbusiness.instantestimatehq.com. Pick something short and recognizable; you can change it later if you need to.

5. Set up your branding

In Settings → General, add your business name and upload your logo. This is what homeowners see at the top of your estimator.

6. Configure your equipment and pricing

  • Settings → Equipment — add the systems you sell, grouped into tiers (good / better / best is the most common setup).
  • Settings → Pricing — set your install prices and any surcharges (stairs, attic, second-floor, etc.).
  • Settings → Form — adjust the questions homeowners are asked, if you want to change the defaults.

Preview your work any time from the Preview button — it opens the live estimator with your settings applied.

7. Send traffic to your estimator

Your estimator is already live at your URL. The next step is getting homeowners there:

  • Add a "Get an Instant Estimate" button on your website that links to your estimator URL.
  • Use the URL in ads, email signatures, and your Google Business profile.
  • Send it directly to homeowners who call in for pricing.

8. Test it

Visit your estimator URL and submit a real estimate using your own address. Confirm:

  • The estimator displays with your branding.
  • The lead appears in Estimates in your dashboard.
  • You get the lead notification email.

That's it — you're live.

What's next

  • Connect your CRM so leads flow into the system you already use. (Coming soon — talk to support to get this set up.)
  • Invite teammates from Settings → Members.
