Online Booking Platforms
How the "book a visit" button connects to your scheduling system, and which platforms support in-page booking.
Every estimate ends with a prompt to book a visit. There are two ways to wire that up, both from Company Settings → Integrations.
Option 1: link to your booking page — any platform
Set a Booking URL and the button opens your scheduling page in a new tab. Calendly, ServiceTitan Online Booking, Housecall Pro, Jobber, your own form — anything with a public booking link works. The homeowner books there and the appointment lands in that system as normal.
Nothing needs to be set up on our side, and there's no verification step. The only cost is that the homeowner leaves the results page to book.
Point the URL at the specific service you want these homeowners booking — an estimate or assessment appointment type — rather than your general booking page. They arrive with intent; don't make them choose.
Option 2: in-page booking — 3C Connect only
With 3C Connect the homeowner picks a real appointment slot without leaving their results page, and the appointment appears in your 3C inbox immediately with the estimate attached.
This is the only platform with in-page booking today. Setup, verification and what lands in your inbox are covered in Appointment Bookings.
If you set neither
The button doesn't disappear and it never becomes a dead link — it turns into Call to Schedule (a tap-to-dial link to your phone number) or, if you have no phone number on file, Email to Schedule. The lead still reaches your dashboard and your usual notifications; you just do the scheduling yourself.
The same fallback catches a broken booking URL, so a typo in that field costs you a click-through, not the lead.
