AI Booking

The automated follow-up that contacts homeowners who didn't book, answers their questions, and gets them scheduled.

Most homeowners don't book on the spot. They close the tab, think it over, and talk to someone. What happens next runs automatically, and the point is that nobody on your team touches the lead until the visit itself.

These automations live in your CRM, not in the estimator. They're configured with you during onboarding, which is also how they get changed.

The booking sequence

As soon as an estimate arrives without a booking attached, a sequence of emails and texts goes out. Each points back at the homeowner's own results page — the same estimate, at the same link — and asks them to pick a time.

Texting is available from the first message, not just email, because the consent they gave on the contact step is recorded on the contact.

The AI assistant

Running alongside the sequence is an assistant that replies to whatever the homeowner sends back — what's included in the price, what happens during the visit, how long an install takes, financing terms, changing an appointment.

When someone's ready to book, it hands them the booking link rather than trying to close them itself. Anything it can't answer confidently comes to you instead of being guessed at.

Responses are reviewed on our side and the assistant's training is tuned as more real conversations come through. If you see it say something you'd rather it didn't — or something about your business it should know — send it to us.

Working a lead by hand

Nothing stops you. Every contact, tag and estimate summary is sitting in your CRM. The automation is there so nothing goes cold while you're on a job.
