Testimonials

The customer reviews shown on every results page — where they appear, how they look, and why you should add some before going live.

Testimonials put your customers' words next to your prices. You can add up to three in Company Settings → Form Options → Testimonials.

New accounts start with no testimonials — and the section still shows. Until you add one, homeowners see a "What our customers say" heading with nothing under it. Add at least one before you send traffic to your estimator.

What homeowners see

A section headed "What our customers say", below the prices. Each testimonial is a card with:

  • Stars — the rating you give it, 1 to 5.
  • The quote, in quotation marks.
  • The customer's name and location — "Maria G. · Austin, TX".

On a computer the cards sit three across, so three testimonials fill the row; one or two leave a gap. On a phone they stack.

Where they appear

On every results page — the page listing your options, the page for the option the homeowner chose, and the Schedule a Free Assessment page when the home couldn't be priced online. Testimonials are the only card that shows on all three.

What each one needs

FieldLimit
NameUp to 100 characters
LocationUp to 100 characters — city and state works best
QuoteUp to 500 characters
Rating1–5 stars, starts at 5

Every field has to be filled in. A testimonial with a blank name, location or quote is quietly dropped when you click Save — if one disappears after saving, that's why.

Short quotes read better on a phone. A sentence or two that names the job ("replaced our 20-year-old furnace in a day") does more than a paragraph of general praise.
